We want every client to be happy with our work. This page explains clearly
when refunds are available, when they are not, and how to request one.

Our Commitment
At Webcodexa, we put quality first. Before we begin any project, we take time to
understand exactly what you need — so you get results you're happy with.
If something goes wrong on our end, we will always try to fix it first. A refund is the last resort,
not the first. That said, we want our policy to be fair, clear, and easy to understand — no legal jargon,
no hidden conditions.
02
When You Are Eligible for a Refund
✅ You may be eligible for a full or partial refund in these situations:
We have not started work on your project yet and you decide to cancel within 48 hours of payment.
We are unable to deliver the agreed service due to reasons on our side (e.g., a technical issue we cannot resolve).
The final deliverable is significantly different from what was agreed in writing (contract, proposal, or email) and we are unable to correct it after being given a reasonable chance.
We miss a confirmed deadline by more than 7 business days and you choose not to proceed.
03
When Refunds Are Not Available
❌ Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
Work has already been completed and delivered as agreed.
You change your mind after work has started.
Delays are caused by you — for example, late content, approvals, or feedback.
You request changes that go beyond the original agreed scope (out-of-scope requests are quoted separately).
You are unhappy with a design style or creative direction that was approved by you during the process.
Services have been partially or fully consumed — such as active hosting, SEO campaigns that have started, or paid ads that have been running.
More than 30 days have passed since project delivery without any refund request.

How to Request a Refund
It's simple. Just follow these steps:
Email us at info@webcodexa.com with the subject line: "Refund Request – [Your Name / Project Name]".
Include your invoice number or order ID, the date of payment, and a brief explanation of why you are requesting a refund.
Our team will review your request within 3 business days and get back to you with a decision.
If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method.
💡 Before requesting a refund, we always encourage you to speak with us first.
Most issues can be resolved quickly — and we'd love the chance to make things right.
06
Refund Processing Timeline
Once a refund is approved:
Razorpay payments — refund processed within 5–7 business days to your bank or card.
PayPal payments — refund processed within 3–5 business days.
Bank transfer (NEFT/IMPS) — processed within 5–7 business days.
Actual credit to your account may take additional time depending on your bank.
We will send you a confirmation email as soon as the refund has been initiated.
07
Project Cancellations
If you wish to cancel a project that is already underway, please notify us in writing as soon as possible.
Work completed up to the point of cancellation will be billed and is non-refundable.
Any remaining balance from your payment (for work not yet started) will be refunded.
All deliverables created so far will be handed over to you after the outstanding amount (if any) is settled.
For milestone-based projects, refunds apply only to milestones that have not yet begun.
08
Disputes & Resolution
If you feel a refund decision is unfair, we want to hear from you. Here is how we handle disputes:
Talk to us first — email or WhatsApp us with your concern. We aim to resolve all disputes amicably within 7 business days.
If we cannot reach an agreement, the matter may be referred to mediation before any legal action is considered.
This policy is governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.
🤝 Our goal is always a fair outcome for both sides. We are a small business that values every client relationship — please reach out before escalating.
